Booking your ride is simple and takes just a few minutes:

• Date & Time: Enter your start date, pickup time, and how long you wish to rent.
• Choose Location: Select your preferred shop. Note: If you require delivery to a different location, please select “Torbole” and add the delivery service later.
• Select Your Bike: Choose a category (E-Bike, MTB, Road, etc.), then scroll to find your specific model and size.
• Add Extras: Customize your rental with helmets, insurance, or our home delivery service.
• Checkout: Review your cart, enter delivery details if applicable, and pay securely via credit card.

Choosing the correct frame is essential for your comfort. If you are unsure about whether you need an S, M, L, or XL, please ask our Live Chat. Provide your height and weight, and our experts will recommend the perfect bike size and model for your build.

• Season Ends: The 2025 season concludes on November 3rd (our Torbole shop remains open until November 16th). For winter rentals, please email us.
• Pick-up Time: Bike collection starts at 9:00 AM. If you need an earlier pickup, please add a note to your booking or call us.
• Delivery Service: Deliveries are scheduled between 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM, with collections starting from 6:00 PM.

Absolutely. If you need a larger number of bikes than available online, or if you are looking for a specific segment not listed for your location, please contact us via email. We will do our best to accommodate your request from our central hub.
