Booking online is easy and secure. Follow these steps in our booking module:

• Location & Dates: Select your rental location (Torbole, Bardolino, Salò, Riva, etc.), your rental date, pickup time, and duration.
• Choose your Bike: Pick a category (E-City, MTB, E-Fully, Road, Gravel, etc.) to see available models. Select your size to check real-time availability.
• Customize: Click to view the model or add it to your cart. A sidebar will appear where you can add extra services or accessories to personalize your ride.
• Checkout: Complete your booking with secure online payment.
• Confirmation: You will receive an instant confirmation email with your rental details and reference number. Tip: Always check your SPAM folder just in case!

Choose from the rental module the pick-up location around Lake Garda:

• • Bardolino: 09:00-12:00; 16:00-19:00 – From : 01.04.2025 – 02.11.2025
  • Malcesine: 09:00-12:00; 16:00-19:00 – From: 10.04.2025 – 02.11.2025
  • Moniga: 09:00-12:00; 16:00-19:00 – From: 01.04.2025 – 02.11.2025
  • Peschiera: 09:00-13:00; 15:00-19:00 – From: 15.04.2025- 02.11.2025
  • Salò: 09:00-13:00; 15:00-19:00 – From: 15.04.2025 – 19.10.2025
  • Torbole: 08:00-19:00 – From 01.04.2025- 02.11.2025 – Winter 09:00-15:00 – From 03.11-28.02.2026

Bike collection from shops starts at 9:00.
If you need to collect the bike earlier, add your notes on the booking, or call us;

Absolutely. We provide a professional delivery service across the entire Lake Garda area.

• Standard Zones: Fast delivery to Torbole, Riva, Arco, and Peschiera.
• Premium Zones: We also reach Limone, Desenzano, Salò, and Sirmione with a small location supplement.
• Cities & Long Distance: We deliver to Trento, Verona, and Mantova (fixed fee) or any other location at a rate of €1.5/km.

Note: Delivery fees are calculated per bike or per order, depending on the area. You can see the exact cost by selecting your location in the rental booking module.

Every bike rental includes a complimentary safety and repair kit:

• high-security lock,
• mini-pump,
• spare inner tube,
• professional tool set.

Helmets are not included by default but can be added as an accessory during the booking process.

Yes. Our bikes come with standard flat pedals.

If you use cycling shoes, you can request SPD, SPD-SL, or Look pedals for a small one-time service fee (valid for the entire rental period).

Yes! We have dedicated discounts for families (min. 2 adults + 2 children) and groups of more than 10 people.
Additionally, guests staying at our “Partner Hotels” can use a specific promo code provided by the hotel staff.
